- Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
- The ceremony is outdoors. Plan accordingly for weather and footwear.
- Are children welcome?
- We kindly ask that this be an adults-only evening. We hope you are able to arrange childcare and celebrate with us.
- Is there parking at the venue?
- Yes, complimentary parking is provided at Spruce Mountain Ranch. Vehicles cannot be left on the property overnight — the front gate closes at the end of the evening and does not reopen until the following day, and any vehicles left behind will be towed at the owner's expense. Plan a designated driver or car service if you intend to drink.
- Will there be a shuttle from the hotel?
- No — we are not arranging group transportation. Guests are responsible for getting themselves to and from the venue. Vehicles cannot be left at the venue overnight, so if you plan to drink, please designate a driver or arrange a car service in advance (and pre-book the return trip — late-night pick-ups in Larkspur are unreliable).
- What is the dress code?
- Formal.
- Can I bring a plus-one?
- Check your invitation for the number of seats reserved in your party. We are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed.
- What if I have a dietary restriction or allergy?
- Dinner will be a buffet with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. Please note that the caterer cannot guarantee zero contact with allergens. Let us know about any restrictions in your RSVP.
- When should I RSVP by?
- Please RSVP as soon as you are able.
- Where should I stay?
- We are not holding a hotel block, but a list of recommended hotels near the venue is on the Journey & Lodging page. Guests are welcome to stay wherever suits them best, at standard rates.
